11. When faced without a challenge, make one.
Everything worth doing is hard.
When you progress, step-by-step, toward a goal this is important to you – you can’t help but feel good.
12. “No” simply means begin again at one level higher.
13. Don’t walk when you can run.
14. Bureaucracy is a challenge to be conquered with a righteous attitude, a tolerance for stupidity, and a bulldozer when necessary.
15. When in doubt: THINK!
Doubt is an emotional response. It’s generally very hard to overcome and emotional response with emotion. So try logic. When held up by logic – apply heaping doses of emotion.
