Don’t ask “Do you have any questions” at the end of your presentation.

It makes people fell like they should have questions.  So they come up with questions.   The result is that they are searching around in their own brain for elements of uncertainty or doubt.

Instead ask “What questions do you you have?”   It moves you forward and toward an answer.    If they don’t have any questions, they must be ready to buy.
