The Magic of Agreement: Always Always Always agree agree agree with the customer!! If you want the customer to agree to buy your product, you must agree with THEM first. Give and you shall receive. Doesn’t mean they are always right and what they want isn’t always possible. Still agree. Agree that it would be great if you could, it’s just not possible. Agree that you wish also wish that it was possible to produce it the way they want.
