This makes great sense.  Because it’s basically practicing with emotion.    Tony Robbins once told me (and the other several hundred other people in the room, but whatever) that “if you need to work on something to be more successful, it’s probably belief.  But how do you get BELIEF that you can do something that you have never done?   By practicing, using visualization.   Do this over and over until your nervous system believes it.”

So to do The Act until you believe it.   If you don’t know how, just pretend that you do.   Pretend you AREA a person who knows how.  Pretend to do what THEY would do.  Pretend to say what they would say.   Go to the situations they would be in and pretend to do what they would do to be successful.    Do it over and over.   And then pretend you aren’t pretending……..until you aren’t pretending.     (special thanks to Mike Mandel of www.MikeMandelHypnosis.com for that last part).
